Your Consultation

During the Visit
At the time of your initial consultation, your pet's behavioral history will be discussed in detail, your pet's behavior will be observed, and an appropriate diagnostic and treatment plan will be designed. The plan will be customized so that it may be easily incorporated into your routine. All household people and pets are encouraged to attend the consultation.

Treatment plans for behavior cases generally include the application of management strategies as well as behavior modification techniques. For some pets, medication may be advised and prescribed.

After the Visit
Following your appointment, your family veterinarian will be advised of the nature
of the behavior plan. We will work together to provide your pet with optimal care.

Monitoring Process
After the comprehensive consultation, initial monitoring will be available through telephone appointments and email updates. Regular communication promotes effective progress and allows Dr. Lindell to determine when you and your pet are ready for your first follow-up visit.
