How to Schedule an Appointment
- To schedule an appointment with Dr. Lindell, please call our main office at 845-473-7406 or email emlvmd@earthlink.net.
- Appointments
may be scheduled at any of the veterinary hospitals described under Listing of Veterinary Referral Hospitals.
Each day of the week, Dr. Lindell travels to one of the hospitals on
this list. You may choose the day and location that would be most convenient
for you and your pet.
- Housecalls are also available in many areas of New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania.
- Once you have scheduled your consultation, please describe your questions and concerns about your pet’s behavior by completing and returning the behavioral history form to Dr. Lindell. Click here to access the history forms.
